Can I pay by cash?

Yes. You can pay by cash, so we won’t charge your credit card.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept payments by Visa and Master Card.

Is there a commission for paying by a credit card?

There is a 5.5% commission for paying by a credit card. Additional exchange fees may apply.

Are there any additional payments for the tours to Jordan?

You will have to pay at the border $65 border fees and $75 visa fees by cash.

How much are the border fees to Jordan?

The border tax to Jordan is $65.
$30 for the Israeli side + $15 for the Jordanian side + $20 service.

What is your cancellation policy?

Group Tours

You can cancel your tour 31 days in advance with no cancellation fees.

For 15-30 days in advance, there is 10% cancellation fee.

For 8-14 days in advance, there is 25% cancellation fee.

For 2-7 days in advance there is 50% cancellation fee.

We will charge you full price for cancellation less than 48 hours from departure or no-show.

Private Tours

You can cancel your tour 31 days in advance with no cancellation fees.

For 15-30 days in advance, there is 50% cancellation fee.

We will charge you full price for cancellations less than 15 days in advance.

After you book your tour, you will get an automatic confirmation email with the details of you order, and later you will also get another email with your booking information.
