Can eldery people participate in the tour to Petra?

Yes! We had eldery people in tours to Petra, including people who use walkers.
The tour to Petra involves some walking, but you can hire a donkey drawn carriage that will drive you in the Siq, and the walking tour in Petra is in a moderate pace.

We ask you for a credit card, in order to gurantee the tour. However, we will charge you on the tour.

In what currency can I pay?

You can pay in Dollar, Euro and in NIS.

Can I pay in cash?

Yes. You can pay in cash. So, we won’t charge your credit card.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept payment with Visa and Master Card.

Is there a comission for paying with a credit card?

There is a 5.5% commission for paying by a credit card.

Are there any additional payments for the tours to Jordan?

You will have to pay in the border $65 border taxes in cash.

How much is the border tax to Jordan?

The border tax to Jordan is $65.
$31 for the Israeli side + $14 for the Jordanian side + $20 visa to Jordan.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your tour 14 days in advance with no cancellation fees. For 7-14 days in advance there is 10% cancellation fee. For 2-7 days in advance there is 50% cancellation fee. We will charge you full price for cancellation less than 48 hours from departure or no-show.



Why are your prices for the tours to Petra so cheap?

What are your working hours?

We work everyday between 10:00 and 22:00 Israel time (GMT+2). However, we have a call center available 24/7. If we’re not available, then please leave us a message, and we’ll return to you as soon as possible.

Will I get a confirmation after I booked my tour?

After you booked your tour, you will get an automatic confirmation email with the details of you order, and later you will also get another email with your order number.

Do you have insurance included in your tours?

Yes! We have a 3rd party insurance included to every tour in Israel, Jordan and Egypt. However, it’s always recommended to purchase additional personal insurance from your insurance company.
